Welcome to bo117. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and bo117 ("we," "us," "our," "the Company," "the Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using bo117 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to create an account and use bo117 services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bo117 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
bo117 services are intended exclusively for residents of Indonesia. Users must be physically located within Indonesia when accessing the Platform and placing bets. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true location is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We employ geolocation technology to verify User location and reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be accessing services from restricted jurisdictions.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms. Accounts found to be operated by individuals lacking legal capacity will be immediately terminated.
The following categories of persons are prohibited from using bo117 services:
To use bo117 services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and Indonesian National ID (KTP) details. You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will be considered duplicate accounts and will be closed, with any associated funds forfeited.
bo117 is required by law to verify the identity of all Users. You must complete the KYC process by submitting clear copies of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie holding your ID. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Unverified accounts are subject to deposit limits and cannot process withdrawals until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify bo117 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. bo117 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
bo117 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. In the event of account closure, we will return any remaining Real Money balance to you (minus any applicable fees or amounts owed), but Bonus Funds and pending bonuses will be forfeited. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support.
Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is a serious violation of our Terms. If we detect duplicate accounts, all accounts will be closed, and any funds, bonuses, and winnings will be forfeited. This policy exists to prevent bonus abuse and maintain fair play for all bo117 players.
bo117 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Verified accounts can withdraw up to Rp 100,000,000 per day. Withdrawals are processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (09:00-23:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours. bo117 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
bo117 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are in Indonesian Rupiah. Any third-party fees are the sole responsibility of the User.
bo117 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You must wager at least 100% of your deposit amount before you can withdraw funds (excluding any bonus funds). This requirement exists to prevent money laundering through the Platform. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to request additional documentation and to freeze accounts pending investigation of suspicious activity.
bo117 offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. You must read and understand the terms of each promotion before opting in. Bonus terms are available on the promotions page and within each promotional offer.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30 times the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers before conversion to withdrawable Real Money. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, table games 20%, live casino 10%. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of bonus activation, or the bonus and any associated winnings will expire.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without risk (e.g., opposite bets on roulette), or otherwise exploiting bonuses in bad faith, is strictly prohibited. bo117 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
bo117 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any User from promotions at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect bonus abuse or violation of promotional terms.
All bets are subject to acceptance by bo117. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the User. In the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or technical malfunctions), bo117 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes.
For sports betting, settlement of bets is based on official results published by the relevant sports governing bodies. bo117 reserves the right to void bets if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a reasonable period, or if we have reason to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised. Live (in-play) bets are subject to a time delay, and odds may change between the time you submit your bet and the time it is accepted.
All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are operated by licensed live dealers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of technical malfunction. If a game malfunctions during play, the round will be voided, and stakes will be refunded. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game and represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bo117 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
bo117 uses third-party payment processors, game providers, and other service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third parties. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with those parties.
All content on the bo117 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of bo117 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. If arbitration is not enforceable, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
bo117 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Users of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
